Privacy policy
This privacy policy describes how Pulsepointfr SAS, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under No. B 921 456 783, processes the personal data you entrust to it as part of your audit or support request.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Pulsepointfr SAS, with registered office at 18 Rue de Marignan, 75008 Paris. For any question regarding your data, please write to dpo@pulsepointfr.com.
2. Data collected
We collect the data you provide through our form (first name, last name, email, declared situation), as well as the technical data needed to operate the site (truncated IP address, browser type).
3. Purposes of processing
Your data is used to contact you back regarding your request, perform your free audit, send you information about your file and, with your consent, send you our newsletter.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR), the performance of pre-contractual measures (Article 6.1.b) and Pulsepointfr's legitimate interest in promoting its services (Article 6.1.f).
5. Retention period
Your data is kept for three years from the last contact for prospects, and ten years for clients (accounting and legal obligations). Strictly technical data is kept for thirteen months.
6. Recipients
Your data is processed exclusively by Pulsepointfr's authorised teams and by our subcontractors (host OVHcloud, email routing provider) all located within the European Union.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may exercise these rights at dpo@pulsepointfr.com and lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
8. Security
Our data is hosted in France on HDS- and SecNumCloud-certified infrastructure. All communications are encrypted using TLS 1.3 and our internal access is protected by strong authentication.
